For 5 years, Mr. Mackey has been working to bring together people and companies that can help service a population that to this point has been under served or in some cases ignored completely. This includes branded & generic manufacturers, logistics & distribution companies, medical & healthcare facilities, along with governments to ultimately deliver desperately needed products to patients & consumers.

This has led to new business development for pharmaceuticals exceeding $100MM in just the last 6 months.  This includes penetrating new markets along with the registration, structuring, negotiating and executing agreements within these countries.

Mr. Mackey has successfully managed and lead companies from private-equity backed early stage entities to large public companies. His diversified experience includes management, operations, finance, business development, technology, business processes plus M&A and capital raising transactions. In all environments he has structured and negotiated agreements and transactions.

For 10+ years, Mr. Mackey was an investor, board member and strategic advisor to an import and distribution company servicing over 3000 retailers. As President & CFO of an international consumer products company and CFO of a company that provides high-end scientific instrumentation to Fortune 500 companies and universities he was integral in the strategic and business leadership of these companies along with directing and overseeing the financial management and operations of the international organizations.

Over his 30 years of experience, Mr. Mackey has been a C-Suite Officer, investment banker, board member and strategic advisor for companies, large and small, in a number of industry sectors including healthcare, scientific instrumentation, consumer products, distribution and technology.

Mr. Mackey spent 20 years on Wall Street, either as a managing director of a privately held broker/dealer or as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. in New York, where he specialized in accounting for registered financial institutions.

Mr. Mackey has held many Professional Designations including:
